Turning Ljubljana Airport’s Website into a Revenue Channel

Challenge
The main need was to overcome the “urban legend” that Ljubljana Airport offers only expensive flights to a limited number of destinations. In addition to this, the client needed to develop monetisation models so the website would become an income generator instead of a business expense.
